The participation fee includes access to the selected sessions, exhibitions, networking opportunities, and official Dialogue proceedings.

Full payment of delegate fees is due within 7 days of receiving an invoice, or immediately upon registration if the booking is made within 14 days of the event. The organisers of the AWSISA Africa & Global South Water & Sanitation Dialogue reserve the right to refuse entry if payment has not been received prior to the event.

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend in your place at no additional cost.

The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme without notice, including the substitution, alteration, or cancellation of speakers, topics, or event dates.

The organisers will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations of the event.

Complimentary tickets cannot be used by individuals already registered for the event; no refund will be provided in such cases.

Cancellation policy:

• 50% refund if written notice is received at least 21 days before the event.

• 25% refund if written notice is received at least 14 days before the event.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

Delegates who fail to attend without prior cancellation will remain liable for 100% of the invoiced amount.

Any fees paid for participation at the AWSISA Dialogue or its official side events will not be refundable in the event of force majeure, including Acts of God, severe weather, public health concerns, or other circumstances beyond the control of the organisers.
