What is included when renting space or a stall:
Access to facilities, free parking, all refreshments and lunch for three (3) people per exhibition in the interior space. For exterior exhibitions, catering packages to all conference catering is available at R700 per person per day.
There are 72 spaces of 9m2 each available, as shown on the attached plan. The opportunity to combine two or four stalls are available to provide spaces of 18m2 and 36 m2. Once booked, our technical team will be available to discuss your individual requirements and logistical arrangements.
Includes Wi-Fi, security and electricity.
