This website and all associated services, including event registration, sponsorship, exhibition agreements, and communications, are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including but not limited to:
The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA)
The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) (where applicable)

2. Jurisdiction
By accessing this website or participating in the AWSISA Dialogue, you agree that any disputes or legal matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Refund, Cancellation or Privacy Policies, or the services provided, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
All legal proceedings must be instituted within the geographical area of South Africa unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If unsuccessful, the dispute may be escalated to mediation or arbitration under the rules of an accredited dispute resolution body in South Africa, before proceeding to formal court proceedings.
