Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for registrations, exhibitor bookings, sponsorship packages, or other paid services related to the AWSISA African Water & Sanitation Dialogue (“the Event”).
By registering for the Event through www.awsisa-watersan-dialougue.org, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Policy
All payments made to AWSISA are considered final. Due to the planning and logistical commitments involved in organizing the Event, refunds will only be granted under limited and specific conditions as outlined in this policy.
2. Delegate Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior to the event start date may be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 30 days of the event.
Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost. To transfer your registration to another person, please email us at info@awsisa-watersan-dialougue.org with the new delegate’s details.
3. Exhibitor & Sponsor Refunds
Sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by AWSISA.
If an exhibitor or sponsor is unable to attend, AWSISA may at its sole discretion offer alternate promotional arrangements where feasible, but no cash refunds will be provided.
4. Event Postponement or Cancellation
If the Event is cancelled by AWSISA, registered participants will receive a full refund.
If the Event is postponed, all existing registrations will be automatically carried over to the new date. Refunds for postponed events will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon written request.
5. Force Majeure
AWSISA shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

Include your full name, registration reference, and reason for cancellation.
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
